The Career Choice Exposure Program (CCEP) is a culturally safe and supportive program designed to empower disengaged Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 15 to 30 years in the Bega Valley.

CCEP provides participants with opportunities to explore and pursue meaningful career pathways that align with their interests, strengths and aspirations. Through hands-on, real-life experiences, participants can build confidence, develop essential skills and gain valuable exposure to different employment opportunities.

The program will support the participants into accredited and non-accredited training, work experience and practical learning opportunities, helping participants develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to take positive steps towards employment and future career pathways.
