Twofold manages and provides community housing with rental assistance to reduce homelessness and housing issues in the local Aboriginal community.
We manage 35 community houses across the Bega Valley Shire including properties owned by the Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO), Bega LALC and Eden LALC.

Out of 35 properties we manage Twofold Aboriginal Corporation own 10 with long term tenants supporting our community.

Rent is calculated by the Build and Grow Rent Policy by the AHO ensuring fairness and equity across all properties owned and managed.

HOW TO APPLY
We work to ensure accommodation reflects the current and future needs of the local community. Currently there are no property vacancies, please call TAC to apply to go on the waiting list. ​
